ENTTEC LED Mapper (ELM) helps transform a stadium into a living, breathing stage.

When Mandopop icon Hebe Tien took to the stage at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), it wasn’t your average concert setup. In fact, the venue didn’t have a traditional stage at all.
Instead, the artist and her team embraced the stepped seating of the outdoor theatre itself—using it as a dramatic performance platform. With nowhere to hide and everything exposed, the lighting needed to be the star of the show.

That’s where ENTTEC LED Mapper (ELM) came in.
Hebe Tien is one of Asia’s most beloved musical figures. Rising to fame with the girl group S.H.E, her solo career has made her a household name across Mandarin-speaking regions, with chart-topping hits and sold-out tours. Her “Live in Life” series sees her performing in unique locations across Taiwan, often turning unconventional spaces into intimate, atmospheric live experiences.

For the Kaohsiung stop, lighting designer Lee Li Zheguang from second110studio mapped the venue’s complex geometry using ELM, transforming the enormous concrete staircase into a stunning pixel canvas.

The result? A totally immersive live show where light replaced set design and created its own story. For a concert without traditional scenic elements, lighting was the visual identity—and ELM delivered it all flawlessly.

From subtle fades to full-color chases, the show made full use of ELM’s powerful real-time rendering, multi-universe support and intuitive interface.
Another example of how ELM gives creatives the freedom to think beyond the stage.
