We are on the look-out for someone who shares our passion for electronics and technology to join ENTTEC’s renowned Research and Development Team as an Electronics Engineer.


The job:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the R&D team to create and modify products
  • Design and development of printed circuit board assemblies for lighting equipment
  • Producing architectures for electronics systems
  • Directing production with manufacturing and testing of new ENTTEC products
  • Supporting the production/manufacturing team with electronic/design-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and analyze defective electronic products
  • Liaise with Product Team to ensure all manuals and documentation are current
  • Provide technical support and recommendations for new and existing products
  • Inspect products/systems to ensure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations
What we need from you:
  • A tertiary qualification in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Able to self-motivate and organise work without prompting
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Solid experience in a general electronics design environment
  • Experience in working on a product from concept to manufacture
  • Ability to understand drawings and technical electronics specifications
  • Understanding of C/C++ programming and previous experience with CAD packages
