Cannot open COM port
Windows detects my DMX USB Pro as a COM port but the application can't open the port ?
Solution: (Windows only) 1.
This appears to be a problem with the FTDI driver or Windows.
To resovle this keep the device plugged into the computer, select the COM port in the windows device manager (labelled as 2 in the screenshot below), right click and select "Uninstall"
At this satge windows will remove the driver and rediscover the interface.
Please make sure you "UNINSTALL" and not disable
2. Download & install latest drivers for DMX USB PRO on your computer
