When will my order arrive ?

Problem:

I ordered on your website, and would like to know when I can expect my order to arrive

Solution:

Unless you select the courier shipping option, we ship orders using regular air mail. When the order is shipped you will receive an email from paypal stating the date it was shipped. If you don't get that email, please go into your payapl account, you can check the status there too. From that ship date it can take 7 to 20 days, in some rare cases more. Due to worldwide security measures, goods can sometimes take time to go through customs. Regular air mail does not offer any tracking of any sort, there is no reference or tracking number. We can not offer any refunds in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive. If you are in any time constraint, or want a tracking number, please select courier shipping.
