Registration code not valid

Problem:

When entering the license code found in the email, Lightfactory reports and invalid license code.

Solution:

1-Check you are using the latest version of Lightfactory 2-Double check that you have entered the code and registration name exactly as it is given in the confirmation email. 3-Double check that the serial number matches exactly with the one given by Lightfactory 4-Make sure there are no spaces before or after the name and code, and that the case is identical. If you have checked all these points and they are all verified but the system still does not accept the registration please open a support ticket specifying your full registration details and the serial number of the computer you are trying to run Lightfactory on. You can also attach the registration file generate by lightfactory in the "System Properties->Registration" Tab
