DMXIS 1.1 Releasing Soon

Our big news is that we're expecting to release DMXIS version 1.1 within the next 30 days. We can't pinpoint an exact date yet because there are a few more features we hope to pack inside it before it's ready to go out the door, but things are getting pretty close.

This version incorporates some really cool things, including crossfading live between oscillator-driven effects, and a section of macros that support much faster manipulation of the lighting state than a mouse alone could ever accomplish.

Watch this video to see what we're talking about.

What can macros do?

  • Decrease setup time by letting you copy your library fixtures in rapid succession over a range of faders
  • Copy levels from one fixture to others
  • Take control of just the attribute you want in a preselected range of fixtures and morph them
  • Fan the levels of an attribute or set of attributes from high to low, or low to high
  • Much more

Aleph1 Accessories

Also, we are happy to announce that our Aleph 1 Strips are now in good company with a couple of fun accessories. These two items help you make installations a breeze.

The clips are spring-metal and grab the Aleph 1 snugly, while allowing you to shoot a screw or rivet through the predrilled hole.

The Aleph 1 Flextender (coming soon) is a short jumper cable that lets you daisy chain the Aleph 1 Series strips when they aren't in a straight line.
