One of the coolest applications for DMXIS that we never anticipated is the Open Mic Night Chris Ellis operates in Pennsylvania,
where he receives backing tracks from his participants in advance and then lays in all the lighting cues with Cubase over those songs,
and everything is ready and waiting for the performer to come in and do their solo parts live, with professional light show
and a multicamera setup to record it on video.
