What is MIDIwing?

With MIDIwing, the Enttec Playback, Shortcut or Program Wings can converse via MIDI or ASCII with programs and consoles of all sorts. We've compiled a partial list but it's not meant to be exhaustive:

When, How & Where ?

MIDIwing should launch in its initial form the first week of March. We are providing it in an as-is format, that is, while it may be free, the support will be limited to tutorials, and documentation. It's not a complicated program to use, but the number of configurations you can create are staggering and people will need to think strategically about how to pick the best ones for their needs.

To help with that, we will soon be providing on our website a tutorial explaining all steps necessary to use the provided Hog2PC example configuration with Hog2PC. Other tutorials may follow if demand for them is there. And there is room here for third parties to help create other configurations for popular boards and scenarios in which they're used. There will be more news about this development next month for sure, but we just couldn't wait to spill the beans a little about it now.
