ENTTEC Production Center

In our continuing series of featurettes on the upgrades to Enttec Central, we now bring you the Production Line. With major emphasis on technical know-how and application of some of the latest tools, the Production Center recently got a major upgrade when we shifted to our new premises as mentioned in our past two newsletters.

ENTTEC Manufacturing Space

Recent improvements and acquisitions dramatically enhanced our capability in the electronics manufacturing side of the plant. We have now got the capability to assemble, wave-solder and bake circuit boards in-house. This gives us a lot more self-determination regarding timelines of production runs, not to mention more flexibility to do small or large quantities as needed, and better quality control.

Another feature of our new factory premises is this dedicated area for assembly with static-proof flooring and climate control separate from the rest of the building.

Our smart and helpful staff, are ready to take on any new challenges !

Purpose-built storage racks protect assembled circuit boards and reduce risk of static electricity damaging them.

We have placed pneumatic tools in an ergonomic fashion to reduce time between steps and help eliminate muscle fatigue for our factory workers.
