ENTTEC in RDM Space
Founder and Managing Director Nicolas Moreau sat on the panel alongside Scott Blair of High End Systems/Barco, and Keny Witright of Wybron. The session featured an abbreviated history of lighting control protocols, a discussion of what made feedback so important in the abstract, and finally a thorough airing of the state of things in terms of RDM, and our hopes for its future. One of the projects that was used to illustrate the power of the concept was the Adelaide parking garage, which had just had its Grand Opening the week before.
Meanwhile, back on the show floor, Enttec products were being tested and tortured by Peter Willis and engineers/technicians/interested parties from myriad other companies engaging in the manufacture of RDM products now or in the near future. The ESTA-sponsored Interoperability Pavilion gave people a laboratory to try all these new products out with each other. What did we learn? Look at the latest version of our RDM Controller application and see the difference it made!
