Our goal is to make multiple products fit the same size containers with minimal adjustments to increase efficiency and decrease waste. And at the end of the day we want to keep cost of packaging materials down to give you good value and to keep shipping weight low to serve both economy and environment.
Shrink-wrapping helps to clarify that a product has passed all the tests and is ready to go out the door, or at least into a master carton if it is bound for a dealer or our Maryland warehouse.
Barcoding is used extensively at Enttec. From the moment a product is created, it's life through the factory is tracked using barcodes.
By employing wireless bardcode scanners, high speed label printers and automated picklist processing we save time packing orders while assuring that the right items and acessories go into the right boxes.
SAFE Packaging
We take a lot of pride in how our products are packaged. They are placed in a carefully designed cardboard package that provides shock absorption because it's recyclable, and where more is needed we'll go with foam instead of packing peanuts if possible.
Nice & Tidy
Packaging is not only efficient, but also useful for the customers; it is ergonomic and predictably arranged, so they know what's where and things are easily accessible.
